  • Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up – Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. 
  • Dance Floor and Risers - These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
  • Ceremony Room – Grand Hyatt Seattle can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
  • Order of Events – From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you.
  • Audio-Visual equipment – Our onsite audio-visual experts can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.
  • Ice Sculptures – Our team of culinary experts can create an ice sculpture to match your theme, from simple to the most elaborate ideas.
  • Menus – Our comprehensive wedding package offers a wide variety of plated or buffet dinners. Customize the menu to reflect your cultural preferences.
  • Parking –Valet parking is available for your guests. If needed, other self-parking options are available in the immediate vicinity. Valet parking charges for guests are often covered by the bride and groom.
  • Wedding Cake - Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors. Our pastry chef is available during the tasting to discuss all of the details for your one-of-a-kind creation.
  • Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Grand Hyatt Seattle. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
  • Pricing - A Food and Beverage minimum is applied to all events at Grand Hyatt Seattle. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract.
  • Guarantee - A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event.
