Permit Grand Hyatt Seattle’s master chefs to prepare a memorable menu that will add another layer of success to your event.
Guestroom amenities available for delivery upon request include: Artisan cheeses and breads , handmade candies, exotic fruits and specialty wines. Baskets or plated selections are available.

Take advantage of our new and exciting Personal Preference Dining. This unique dining choice lets your guests select their own entree at your function in our Houston banquet facilities. Each diner is offered a choice from four options, allowing them to choose the main course that best suits his or her own taste.
