As a single space, Princessa can accommodate up to 280 in a classroom format, or over 400 in a theater set up. The adjoining 2,400 square foot foyer is ideal for event registration areas or information tables.
Discovery & Portland
Located on the lobby level, these versatile rooms are ideally positioned to serve as breakout venues from events taking place in the adjacent convention center. Set up teams in a Hollow-Square formation for 18 in each of the six salons for an inter-departmental competition, or create VIP meeting areas.
Douglas Boardroom
Strategically located on the sixth floor Executive Level, this magnificent boardroom offers high back, plush leather seating for 20 at the inlaid wood conference table. Hold highly confidential confabs in complete privacy in this elegant, well-equipped boardroom with a built-in screen, and buffet area for working luncheon set ups.
Tolmie / Sealth / Stellar & Menzies Suite
Choose any, or all, of these venues for intimate gatherings of up to 60 guests. Located on the sixth floor Executive Level, these superbly appointed meeting rooms are ideal for hosting a private cocktail party or for honoring your top sales team in an awards banquet.
Stevens / Washington / Sherman / Cayuse / Chinook & Blewett Suite
Any, or all, of these elegantly appointed seventh floor Executive Level venues are the ideal choice for gatherings of up to 75 guests. Host a small banquet for up to 70 guests, welcome conference attendees with a continental breakfast buffet or inspire your team with a motivational speaker in a theater-style set-up.
Eliza Anderson Amphitheater
Distinguished as the only one of its kind in Seattle, our high-tech amphitheater was designed with state-of-the-art technological excellence. Equipped with a 12-foot rear-projection screen, Ethernet connections at each seat, single-point audio/video control system and recording, broadcasting and digitizing services for all events; our classroom-style amphitheater offers seating for 150 guests.

Our versatile, elegantly appointed facilities with fine wood paneling and high-resolution rear-projection displays offer Four-Diamond excellence with uncompromising attention to detail. Every convenience was considered when our state-of-the-art Seattle meeting space was designed; from single-point audio/video control systems to our 620 seat amphitheater with Ethernet connections at every seat.
All meeting rooms are set complete with crisp, coordinating linens and skirting along with individual leather blotters, candies, Grand Hyatt notepads and pens. Schoolroom style setups include beige felt cloths. A full stationery box of business supplies is prepared by the Meeting Concierge.
To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
Leonesa Ballroom and Foyer
Accented by graceful chandeliers, warm colors and inlaid wood paneling any event held in this gracious venue is sure to achieve a high approval rating. Open an industry convention with a multi-media display to more than 600 in a theater setting or commemorate a corporate milestone with a formal banquet and entertainment for 450 guests. The ballroom can also be divided into three sections, making it flexible for groups of varying sizes and needs.
